2. Hosting – Netlify

Diese Website wird über Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA) gehostet. Netlify verarbeitet technisch notwendige Daten beim Abrufen der Seite:

  • IP-Adresse des Besuchers
  • Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
  • Browser-Typ und Betriebssystem
  • Aufgerufene Seiten (Access Logs)

3. Kontaktformular – Formspree

Das Kontaktformular wird über Formspree, Inc. (USA) betrieben. Beim Absenden werden Name, E-Mail, Modell und Problembeschreibung übermittelt und an unsere E-Mail-Adresse weitergeleitet. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Details: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy

4. Zahlungsabwicklung – Stripe

Direktbuchungen werden über Stripe, Inc. (USA) abgewickelt. Stripe verarbeitet Zahlungsdaten, Name, E-Mail und technische Gerätedaten. Wir haben keinen Zugriff auf vollständige Zahlungsdaten. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Details: stripe.com/de/privacy

5. Google Fonts

Diese Website lädt Schriftarten (DM Mono, Bebas Neue) direkt von Google-Servern. Dabei wird deine IP-Adresse an Google übertragen. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Details: policies.google.com/privacy

6. E-Mail-Kommunikation

E-Mails werden zur Reparaturabwicklung gespeichert und auf Gmail-Servern (Google LLC) verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

7. Speicherung von Kundendaten

Zur Reparaturabwicklung speichern wir Name, Kontaktdaten, Geräteinformationen und Rechnungsdaten. Rechnungs- bzw. Buchungsbelege werden gemäß § 147 Abs. 3 AO und § 257 Abs. 4 HGB 8 Jahre aufbewahrt. Alle anderen Daten werden nach Abschluss des Auftrags und Ablauf gesetzlicher Fristen gelöscht.

2. Hosting – Netlify

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA). Netlify processes technically necessary data when you access the site:

4. Payment Processing – Stripe

Direct bookings are processed by Stripe, Inc. (USA). Stripe processes payment data, name, email and technical device data. We have no access to full payment details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Details: stripe.com/privacy

5. Google Fonts

This website loads fonts (DM Mono, Bebas Neue) directly from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Details: policies.google.com/privacy

6. Email Communication

Emails are stored for repair processing and handled on Gmail servers (Google LLC). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Storage of Customer Data

For repair processing we store name, contact details, device information and invoice data. Invoice/accounting records are retained for 8 years under § 147(3) AO and § 257(4) HGB. All other data is deleted after the repair is completed and legal retention periods have expired.
